We take care of your property sale or purchase and provide you with a fixed fee quote upfront for conveyancing and personal service. We follow your instructions, guide you through the process and keep you updated and informed every step of the way. We aim to deliver a flat fee, affordable, efficient and stress free property conveyancing service.
What should I do before I buy? Make an offer and negotiate a price. Once your offer has been accepted, obtain a copy of the Contract and email a copy to us to review. Arrange your Building, Pest and/or Strata reports and any other reports (if necessary). Contact your lender with details of the property.
Most people enlist the services of a real estate agent. If required, we can recommend names of Sales Agents (in your area) so please let us know if you need our help in choosing one or a couple. The Vendor disclosure legislation in New South Wales requires you to have a Contract for the Sale of Land ready and available before marketing the property and this Contract must include all necessary documents as set out in the relevant law.

Melinda George provided an extremely reasonably priced service. She is conscientious, efficient and professional. Melinda was on top of each step in the sale process so that my only involvement was filling in a few forms and signing where required. She made the sale process unstressful and kept me fully informed at all times. I would never use a solicitor again after receiving this level of service. I was referred to Melinda by my brother who had used her previously. She's fantastic, I've used her to buy both and sell a few times in the last few years and she is professional and knowledgeable. Recently while searching for a new house to buy, my wife and I were recommended by a friend to contact Melinda from Swift Conveyancing to do all the legal work involved with purchasing a property.
