Services
We do what is called a bag service. This is where the tech will take the casing off the indoor unit and put a bag around it to catch any excess liquids. The technician will spray a chemical on the coil and fan barrel and let this sit for a little while. In the meantime, the tech will clean the filters and unblock the pipes and will check that the A/C is working the way it should be.

I have just booked in to have an air-con installed. Shanah was amazing at reception as she was very polite and helpful and was also super quick to answer the phone on both occasions that I called. Lachy came out to do an inspection and he was on time and very professional as he asked many questions to make sure I got the right air-con as well as making sure I was happy where the outside unit would be secured. He even sent me through the quote before he left the premises. Very impressed. You don't get service like this very often, if at all. I will definately be recommending RowanAir.

I have been so impressed with the service provided by Rowan Air. They are obviously a well run and well managed business. The admin staff and the tradies are both well organised and lovely to deal with. I even received a courtesy phonecall an hour before one time they were due to arrive, to say they were running half an hour behind schedule. Definitely recommend.
