In 1966, the established firms of G S Hutchinson & Co. and Sewell & Hanlan merged into one large real estate and insurance business to be known as Hutchinson Sewell & Associates (HSA). In 1982 John Harlow and Peter Hutchinson decided to join forces to form a new company called Hutchinson & Harlow Pty Ltd.

In times where the property market is HOT, with many vendors around, we were not forgotten. We had a non-standard property to sell and Peter did a heap of additional homework ensuring he had answers to every question purchasers were likely to ask about our block.
The sign up was easy with no pressure and then regular updates on marketing progress were given without us having to chase the agents up. I feel this is important, especially as ours

What an enjoyable experience!
What an enjoyable and simple experience. I talked to Peter about what we were thinking about doing and within a couple of weeks Peter came up with a slightly different suggestion which made a lot of sense to us. Only looked at the one property which he had suggested and purchased it a few days later after some homework. How simple was that. Well done Peter.

Great experience with a fantastic agent
We contacted Peter when we first started looking at properties for our relocation to Armidale for our young family. Peter more than exceeded our expectations of an agent, found us a property that we love and has helped us out so much, most of which has had to be done remotely because of COVID and the distance between where we live and Armidale. He and Meg were both lovely to deal with and were very efficient communicators during what could have been a very stressful time. They have also helped us with contacts for trades in the area, lots of general advice

Peter, was able to get us out from between a rock and a hard place. He found the perfect house, was knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
