Purchasing residential real estate can be a very exciting process, however it can also be a confusing time for the prospective buyer. We will show you what you need know about the process and your rights so you can secure the right property for you. Should you decide to secure or make an offer on one of our listed properties, we will ask you to confirm the following details, enabling us to help you in the best possible way.
Any special conditions or requests that you may have so that we can inform the vendor property. Once we have the above information, we are in a position to arrange a meeting with the vendor. As sales agents, we can only exchange contracts with a 5 day cooling-off period. The period for withdrawal lasts for 5 working days and allows the purchaser the right to rescind the Contract of Sale for any reason.
In our experience, we have learned that the best price comes from the best preparation. As your real estate partner it is our intention - via this document - to help you maximise your price and to make the sale of your property an enjoyable and rewarding experience. It's important that we keep our eyes on the prize.
Remember, you are committing to a legally binding contract for which there is no cooling-off period. You will want to be certain you understand and agree to what you are signing. Only when you can respond with a Yes to the following statements, should you sign the lease. I know the length of the lease is negotiated before I sign, which means it can be for 6 months, 12 months, or some other period.

I can't praise Shane high enough. The home was presented beautifully even with Aerial photos.
I worked in Real Estate many years ago, and Shane took over leaving me only to hope it sold by auction that it did. As executor of my late friend of 55 years it was very upsetting for me to see her home empty for so long. It was absolutely trouble free for me and the home was presented wonderfully.
