I am so glad my pc has a "Pal", he is the best and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone experiencing problems with their software or just wanting a new computer. I had the worst trouble loading an accounting programme today. I kept getting "error messages" and had no back up support from the software company, unless I paid $4/minute… to speak to their Technical Support. Pal came over and with a few clicks he had the programme installed and running perfectly. He is thoroughly professional and extremely knowledgeable.
