If you remember what actual customer service is then this is where you need to go. Friendly helpful & great value. Took my desktop there that had decided to just stop working (that was built elsewhere) & it was back up & running with in a couple of hours better than ever & I still had money in my pocket. They are a local business with local people. If you don't have a great working knowledge of computers (or even if you do) this is where you need to go. I cannot recommend them enough. They will certainly have my business for life.

Had a laptop with a broken power button and a faulty battery. Replaced and cleaned for half the amount other stores quoted me. Took longer to get it back thanks to covid stopping the travel for the parts, but what can you do?

Amazing customer support. Even though I purchased upgrades elsewhere they where happy to install them into my PC for me. I will no longer shop for anything PC related from anywhere else as these guys will price match or get as close to it as possible and in some cases may even beat it!!! I do content online and needed my PC back quickly and these guys where happy to work with me and book it in with a very quick turn around. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
