Our Northern Rivers NSW classes are held at The Mullum Ex Services Club, 58 Dalley St, Mullumbimby, (NSW) every Thursday evening. Services
If you've never danced or you're just new to swing dancing no need to worry. At our dance school, you'll get to learn at your own pace with our friendly instructors. Our students range from beginners through to accomplished dancers so no matter what stage you're at you'll fit right in. Swing On In host many a special social gathering, some extravagant and some just down right simple, grass roots dancing fun but always guaranteed to be a hoot!.
Swing dancing at different cool locations to cruisy swing tunes as played by our favourite DJ's. We will be popping up at different locations and will advise each month of that location 1 week before the day. Due to there'd being so many fabulous dancing events to get to (we could not say that in 2020 could we!) we thought it best to pull back from offering monthly GC and Mullumbimby socials flooding the market and overworking you all perhaps!
The Swing on In Dancers have been involved in multiple Bleach Festival's events including the larg-escale production, The Inaugural Annual Dance Affair. They were an absolute hit. We love their. Working with Ray is a dream come true for organisers booking DJs or looking for entertainment 20's - 80's.

I have always wanted to learn swing dancing and while I was in the Gold Coast back in May I decided to give it a try and definitely don’t regret it. The people and so friendly and welcoming and the teachers are fantastic! I definitely go back at any opportunity and wish I could make it every week.

We were looking for dance classes online and didn't want the classis ballroom classes. Swing on in appeared on a Google search and appealed to us. Best "move" we've made. From the first moment you join the group you are made to feel very welcome. Ray and Chrissy are excellent teachers and make classes so much fun. Every time I leave with a huge smile on my face. As shift workers, we can't attend all classes so pay as you come is an excellent system. So happy we found you guys!

I have been Swing Dancing with Chrissy and Ray for nearly 5 years. Every lesson is a treat with Ray's witty sense of humor, patience and fun. Chrissy is a walking tribute to all that is gorgeous and glamourous about this dance style and the time it came from. It is more than dance, it is more than steps and music. My husband and I LOVE Swing with these guys. Chrissy & Ray are not only great teachers...but they are so much FUN! If you're looking to have fun, keep fit, be part of a family as well as learn how to Swing dance...this is the place to be. We've been dancing for approximately 2 years now and get so much out of it. As a newcomer to the Gold Coast, I'm so happy to have found this great little community of dancers. Last night marked my third successive class, and I can't believe I've only just discovered these uplifting styles of dancing - they're so grounded, joyful, creative, unpretentious and playful! Seriously, do yourself a favour and take up these dance classes. Chrissy and Ray are not only fabulous teachers but inspiring and entertaining people. The classes are relaxed and welcoming, and the scene across the world is such that once you have the basics you can rock up to swing sessions anywhere in the world and have an instant community of dancers to swing you around the dance floor all night!

Ray and Chrissy's dance classes are like no other! They bring a huge sense of fun and optimism to the class so even if you aren't a natural dancer you'll be able to do the basics by the first class! After just a few classes you'll be swinging around the dance floor in no time like Fred and Ginger.
This is a really great class for complete beginners, people who've danced and before and anyone who wants to socialise or try something different. Caution: addictive!

Chrissy and Ray are amazing and super talented teachers with delightful personalities to match.
