I went there because I had a flat tyre and asked them to replace my old tyre with a new one. I parked my car there, then a mechanic came to me and without permission jumped into my car, sat behind the wheel and asked for car keys. That was frustrating and I didn’t expect that kind of unprofessional behaviour.

Was a bit sceptical to try a new workshop then where I used to go before (Mufflers HP). But lucky, had a great service from this workshop. As i had trouble with loud engine noisy when i accelerates and so they had my engine mount replaced and it worked well now. Their prices are reasonable and affordable too. So far so good
Plus point l, they have an waiting area upstairs and downstairs if u ever choose to wait for your car. It is not the tidiest or cleanest but it is available for u to choose.

I went there to do car service. I used groupon discount for "Complete car servicing package with fluids and filters"
Total value 550$ !!!
Result? They didn't even change air filter!
Such a simple task which takes less than 2 minutes max!
If they are not able to do simple tasks like this how can someone trust them with more difficult things?
Business like this shouldn't be even open.
Never again!!!

Worst behavior I gave my car for inspection and they said that there's engine mounting and I left my car with them for one day. On the other day when I came for picking my car they made a scratch and dent on the side door of the car and then painted it nicely as you can see in the picture. When I asked them about it they said they never made it and they were workers and not the owner of the shop and shouted at me rudely . Backside other workers are speaking among themselves about the scratch I found had done by them and they were not accepting openly with me. My car is small micra if they can't

I got my car serviced on 14th Nov at Maidstone shop. After the service I noticed the cooling system lid is not secured and the fluid might have spilled out. I contacted them and they did not even bother to apologize. I am unsure if the rest of the service has been made to the standard and what oil has been used. Terribly awful.
I still have the provided list of services conducted on the day. Radiator coolant top up has been ticked!!

Not a great deal of brain cells in one spot. DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop.
I am surprised that when you google 'shifty mechanics' this shop does not come up as the top hit.
They have no idea what they are doing. If for some reason you must take your car here please double check that they have actually done the work and not damaged things… along the way. Agree to time when it will be ready. Do not pre pay. I suggest signing a contract stating what you are entitled to if things go bad.
Also leaves false phone numbers on google reviews so it seems like they want to sort it out yet
