Recently needed a fair amount of repair done on my car, that a dealer service centre quoted me through the nose and a long wait time on parts. After a quick google search and recommendation from a friend, I called up Trav and the team at ATR Automotive and was greeted with some of the most friendly customer service I've experienced with a mechanic before. As a girl I have been taken advantage of in the past or had my concerns ignored, but Trav was extremely kind and willing to explain all the details every step of the way. Come time for the service, I was booked in quickly and even given the option

Highly recommended. I went to Travis for a second opinion on works required after servicing according to the dealership I usually take my car to. I really valued his time in talking with me on the phone prior to bringing my car in and then giving me his professional opinion. Excellent service - even replaced both windscreen wipers at little cost which I had asked the dealership to look into twice in the past to no effect. He's got my business from here on.
