I m giving you one star not for your food. But for your service. You should have some ethics. When ever i go there they never provide me table to sit because its only me and my wife. So it means there are just two of us. They always give preference if there are atleast 4 peoples. So they ll have more food then two of us and make more money. Even the people who came after is while waiting, if they are more in quantity they just give tables to them. I would say SHAME ON YOU GUYS.

Worst experience . Waitress need to learn some manners (very rude , unprofessional and poor customer service). First time I have given 1 star to any restaurant except this taste of Amritsar . I will never visit this place ,only because I don’t want to see these unprofessional rude waitress . I request the owner to teach your waiter and tell them not to look our food while we are eating so that we have to pack the food and bring it homew.

Food taste is average but communications (hearing) very poor. The lady who picked up the phone obviously has hearing issues and you have to repeat yourself at least 3-4 times before she responds with the wrong answer (obviously) to your question. Eg, Why was my Mix Chat cold, as if it was from the fridge? Answer: Waad? Waad? Lentils, yoghurt, etc., etc... Happy Communicating in English...

Placed an order tonight through Uber. Was delivered too quick and wasn't home. Called up as it initially stated 50-60min but delivered within 25min and was told the food was prepared quickly and driver assigned. Opened up the bag to find an item missing. Called up again to complain and instead of getting that item delivered to me was told I can either come pick it up myself or apply for a refund through customer care at Uber Eats. Very poor customer service and attention to detail.

Ordered through Door dash. Reached on time. But lassi was missing. It was my brother's birthday party. Party was ruined because of poor quality of food. Had dined in a number of times. But this time I was shocked to see the quality of food, see the burnt naans. Worst briany totally half cooked and mixed with chicken. It was just like rice added with chicken. No, taste of briany.
