I started seeing Janette following the birth of my baby. Being only 2 weeks postpartum, I was nervous initially as I was still recovering. Janette's approach was gentle, very tailored to my needs and supportive for a mum just having given birth. She is professional, welcoming and an expert in her field. I would highly recommend Janette if you are looking for someone who can focus on postpartum pelvic concerns or anyone who needs specialised attention.

I was referred to Janette by my midwife after my shoulder was injured while learning how to breastfeed. After my first visit with Janette, I felt so much relief and improvement in my shoulder. A few sessions later, my shoulder resolved and I was able to return to normal function.
I highly recommend her services - she has a wealth of knowledge and experience especially in postnatal physiotherapy and she is a lovely person too!
