Rude night staff who obviously don't appreciate people who travel for work checking in late. My company requested 2 beds but were given 1 rooms were average beds were better than the floor. One good thing was a good location to airport. I wont be sending staff there anymore. Forbthe price paid and the claim of being a 4 star hotel I feel comfortable in saying we were ripped off!

Reception was closed at 8.20pm even though it says 10pm on website. My company paid for a meal which they happily charge for but restaurant was closed at 8pm. Are u joking 8pm. There is nothing within walking distance to get something to eat. The lights at front door entrance dont work so it is pitch black trying to fubble around getting a key in the door. The sliding door has come of its hinges & is very hard to open. When i rang reception about getting something to eat they just blame covid that the restaurant is shut FFS are you for real? would not recommend this place if you are flying in after

Now I don't normally post negative reviews but I feel this needs to be said. The room is nice. It is warm quiet and comfortable. It is really close to the airport and their is decent food fairly close (I did need to drive). There is a big however. I travel a lot for work and do field work. After a long day I like a hot shower. There is no hot water in my room, unless of course you boil the kettle. Also the mini bar menu has two drink on the list of items that have been taken I will be very annoyed if I get chaged for something I have not taken.
