Jason was called initially to set a trap as cat disappeared day of move. He came back at short notice 2 days later, as new owners heard him meowing in the wall. Jason was extraordinary in getting him out, as cat had not eaten or had water for 4 days. It was high 5's all round. Jason you are the best, cat fully recovered, owner almost recovered. I Love the team at Pesky Possum! The team has taken care of my pesky problems for several years. One of my big concerns with chemical sprays is the collateral damage that might be done to native animals. They reassure me that their processes are non toxic to our friendly critters. I particularly worry about lizards and frogs getting poisoned. They were fantastic with my possum problem and managed to get mum and baby out of my wall space by enticing them out with fruit and then cleverly not letting them back in! The other tremendous job was relocating a crested pigeon nest from under one of my solar

Dean arrived on time and spent time asking me questions to get a good handle on the problem. He then examined the roof cavity and under the house finding evidence of rats. He set some poison traps and said he would be happy to return in a few weeks if we had any further issues. He explained everything thoroughly and was very helpful. Rats long gone now and my dogs and neighbourhood animals are safe due to nature of bait he used. Altogether happy with this service.
