I got two granny flats built by Amescorp this year. I choose Amescorp for the quality and value and they met the expectation on both fronts. However what amazed me was their responsiveness and care for clients. The build was done in the midst of lockdown which did impact the timeline by a few weeks but they kept me informed at every stage on the progress.
I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking to build granny flat.

I can't praise James & the team at Amescorp enough. They took care of our build from beginning to end. Unlike other builders, they weren't pushy, they we accommodating, understanding & always upfront. No hidden agenda. A simple No B.S approach. Great team to do business with. The team are very flexible and they do everything that they can to work with you and they have that willingness to work with you as well. Any issues or concerns raised are addressed promptly, professionally and appropriately. They are with you every step of the way throughout the project and the communication with the team is also wonderful. End product is just superb, would definitely recommend Amescorp to anyone who is looking to build, great team to work with overall and it shows through the end result. Well, I must first thank James for his politeness and hospitality not only in the first instance when we met him, but right through the project. This man has very good patience . We got quoted on this project (Granny Flat) and the sail was very smooth till the end.
Not to mention Richard the project manager was also very cooperative. He answered all calls and returned all calls. Thanks Richard.
We were provided with excellent service from his staff members Veronica and Christina.
On the flip side, they could have alerted the customer on some variation clauses much earlier.

We have built our Granny Flat with AMESCorp and i couldn't share how satisfied with the great customer service and attention to details which was taken care of by James, Rick and of course by Veronica from the office.
I wouldn't recommend anyone else for you if you are thinking to renovate or build as you will get the best service ever. I can't thank them enough for the great service they provided to us while building and they were ready to explain step step and extra details as needed to ensure that we were comfortable from the first day we met James until the whole project been finalised.
