our families second time booking through Pauline Haldane. Every request looked after and responded instantly making our hotel stays amazing and hassle free. Have had to re book due to some Covid lock downs and again no problem and fixed instantly. We won't bother booking anything ourselves again. She is amazing

Michelle Tavli recently organised my trip to Uluru for my mother, sister and myself. It was without a doubt one of the best holidays i have ever had. Everything was taken care of by Michelle. The staff at Robina Head Office are amazing, they have a 24hr service that helps when you are on a different time zone. We would have been in so much trouble recently due to an airline schedule change that resulted in a missed connection and hotels cancelling, but thanks to the wonderful Head Office staff we were booked on an alternative flight and our hotel was notified of our new arrival. Meanwhile hundreds of other passengers were still lining up at the airline counter. Our holiday was saved!
