The technician arrived when we were told he would. He was very courteous and professional. He performed the requested diagnostic on our AC unit, explained the situation, took photos and wrote up notes. He was efficient and went about his work quickly but thoroughly. The appointment scheduling was easy and clear. I received an SMS to let me know the tech was on his way. Everything about this appointment was easy and pleasant from the ladies on the phone to the guy who came to our house.

The Workers at Active Air Con called ahead to tell us they were coming, they were on time, professional, they removed the old air con and cleaned up after themselves, taking all the rubbish away. They installed the new Air con, tested it and showed us how to operate the new air con. We have had no problems with the machine. We will highly recommended them to our friends. 5 Star *****
