We chose Frost from 2 quotes we received from different companies to replace the old ducting system in our home. They arrived on time for the install, the team of installers were fantastic, courteous, efficient and friendly They removed our old unit totally and had it all the rubbish collected before we even realised absolutely no mess left behind at all. I can’t recommend Frost Highly enough. Tracy and the team have been amazing we had a breakdown on Monday the hottest and busiest time of the year. They came accessed the situation ordered the parts and by Thursday we were back online just in time for Xmas. The mechanics are all polite and very knowledgeable. Frost came a couple of different times to quote my air conditioning needs which were "complex" as I live in an older apartment building. I did pay a meaningful deposit for the work however the original deal had to be re-quoted because on closer inspection the original system would not fit in the cavity.
When the new quote came there was a requirement for a bespoke solution and unfortunately this bumped the pricing for the job substantially, which I could not afford at the time. I agreed with Frost however to leave my initial deposit with them so I could revisit some months later when my financial

Quote received after good advice, accepted, guys arrived on-site to do installation ready to cover floors due to wet conditions. Carried out works explained operation of remote informed electrician to complete. Electrician arrived next day and completed. All good installation complete and happy with works and supply

I reached out to Frost Air, Castle Hill for AC quote. We opted for a multi-split system to cool/heat two adjacent rooms. The quote was competitive (I obtained multiple quotes) and I went ahead with the purchase order. The installation was done in a professional and neat manner and all debris was cleared and the rooms were cleaned up. Happy with the job done by Frost Air.

We decided to go with Frost because they have a great reputation around the hills district, but it has been a terrible experience.
We were given an installation date, the day before we were told they had not scheduled our installation. They called back to arrange another installation, the day before that we were told that their crews had stopped… working.
As yet still no date on installation. I will update if our aircon ever gets installed
