Now I employed this company two years ago to fix a crashed laptop. The fact that they just sent me a newsletter after unsubscribing three times I thought, "you know what, maybe I should save others the trouble I had" so here we are. The laptop that I asked to be repaired took me three phone calls and two appointments to get them to actually come to my home. When they did, they took the laptop away after not being able to fix the problem and not three days that they promised but three weeks. numerous phone calls with the tech who didn't seem to know what he was doing only managed to prove correct

I rang up and got a very friendly answer with a quick and to-the-point questioning about my issues before booking an appointment within 24 hours of calling. My issue was a bit more serious than a quick session as it was hardware-failure related but I was given advice on where to go after they'd done what they could.
Julian was super friendly and told me what he was doing as it happened, and explained it well to someone with a limited understanding of computers!

I rang and told them the problems with my computer. They came out, did nothing different to what I did. Basically tried turning it on and exclaiming that it didn't work. Told me throughout that they didn't know, said it was weird, shouldn't be like this..
Then at the end told me that they have a suspicion that the problem is (the problem I told them over the phone). When I said that the problem hasn't been fixed or a reasonable solution been suggested, they proceeded to just grab a problem out of the air that they hadn't mentioned before and quoted me a lot of money for it...

Canberra Computer Doctors are wonderfully professional, and quickly and cost-effectively helped save my laptop. I would absolutely use their services again - though of course I hope I don't need to!
Responding to my call-out in the shortest possible time, their representative was personable and honest, and their efforts to repair and ultimately save my laptop were very thorough. Without their hard work, I would be in a world of pain and likely without much of my important data.

I have been having issues with my PC and network over the past 5-6 weeks, I have another company replace the hard drive and replace the modem but the issue remained. They sent out another tech as a warranty call and still the issue remained and after this I decided to give the Canberra Computer company a go. I emailed them on Good Friday at 7am and… I received a call from Tariq that afternoon, he was very helpful and offered to send a tech called Terry the next day. Terry arrived at the allocated time and was patient with me and listened to my concerns then got straight to what he thought

I really can't say enough on how amazing these guys are! They have the knowledge, incredible customer service and super fast.
There is no need to go anywhere else, you'd be wasting your money and time. They will not charge you if they can't repair your computer. They are honest and let you know upfront about it! They also have a very reasonable pricing for repairs? I'm so happy they're in business and hope they stay for a LONG time.

I had a busted up custom built computer with a broken case, bleach spilled all over the motherboard and a non genuine version of windows along with various other issues. I was so stressed out that all the data was lost and my expensive graphics card was ruined. The guy helping me put patiently went over everything that was wrong with it and gave… me a very fair price to fix up and improve everything.

I first heard of the Canberra Computer Doctors via word of mouth, a friend of mine had had previous dealings with them and told me how great they were. A couple of months later my computer goes crazy and decides to stop working, I got the number from my friend and gave the Canberra Computer Doctors a call. After getting a quote from them i decided… to shop around. the quote the Canberra computer Doctors gave me was very reasonable. And so my decision was made.

Wow. Haven't had this level of poor service in years. They sent an agent within 24 hours but that was 9 days ago. I have placed 6 calls the last two of which i was hung up on. All I asked for was for the central agent to contact me with a status update on my repair. The technician must be a sub-contractor and will not contact me directly. I am guessing these charlatans have taken my computer and I made the grave mistake of paying upfront. Beware.
