An 82yo relative, Bob, who had suffered 2 strokes in the last few months, needed help with his PC that crashed suddenly. It was his lifeline to the outside world. I called Belconnen Computer Repairs on Saturday a week ago, and they gave this job high priority, coming to fix the PC on the same day, doing everything to find a solution, keeping me informed over the next 3 days, and spending a lot of time helping Bob to make sure that he could access all his programs. The service was very professional, friendly, fast and attentive. I will call them again next time Bob needs help, and couldn’t recommend
