Spoke to Andrew four months ago when our new home was in the design phase. He seemed very knowledgeable. We revisited the showroom two days ago to buy a Regency gas log fire and was amazed at the lack of service by a female employee who had no customer service, no product service and no interest in answering our questions. She had no intention of assisting us. She told us to go away, search the internet ourselves and offered no solutions. We then visited another stockist who answered all our questions, looked at the house plans and we purchased from them the same day.

Our hot service broke down over the Australia Day weekend. We left a message with Fresh Living & Sharon rang around 8.15 Monday morning & said that Andrew would come to see us between 12.00 & 2.00. He arrived as promised, discussed the options, organised the new hot water service & had it operating the same afternoon. Andrew also arranged for the… old hot water system to be picked up. And it was! This is the second time we have used this company. I would certainly recommend Fresh Living. On both jobs they were prompt, reliable & very competent. Really excellent company

Cannot recommend this company enough. Have used them for many different plumbing "events" over the years and have always found them to be prompt professional and reasonably priced. My latest drama involved a burst pipe and the lovely lady Sharyn who answered my SOS on the phone was so terrific and organised a plumber to come within the hour. Such great service - really nice friendly staff .. will definitely use again.

We recently asked Andrew to advise on renovating our bathroom. Between us we decided that, rather than ripping it all out, it was possible to keep the old suite and just update the taps and decoration. I feel great about not wasting resources and the money saved will allow is to create the ultra modern en-suite that we have wanted. Thank You Andrew and the team at Fresh Living Group.
