Kieran and Lachlan arrived ontime, neat and clean. They had a terrible job of locating a water leak under the house which Kieran found quickly and repaired. The only access under the house was through a manhole in the floor and poor Kieran came out a sopping wet and muddy mess. He was fantastic, they cleaned up the mess and didn't complain at all. It was a horrible job and I can't speak highly enough. Thank you Twin Electrics & Plumbing and an extra big thank you to Kieran! I highly recommend this company.

Was worried about my gas heater, see I knew something was up with it and when these blokes came out they proved my hunch right. Was leaking and who knows what else I was inhaling. They got onto it toot and had it all changed within a week. Went to stay with my sister until the job was done.

Using this Company for the first time, we found everyone from the first point of contact for servicing our heater unit which was cutting out on us we found everybody to be very easy to deal with. We initially replaced the indoor controller but it turned out that the problem was with the control box on the outside unit. We decided due to its age to replace the unit, and received a quote which we accepted the heater unit was replaced two days later. We found that the people we dealt with were all courteous and efficient. The whole thing was a good experience and we would highly recommend this firm

He came on time, did the job 6 hours quicker than our previous company and was so friendly and honest. Highly recommend! :)

This company was recommended by another tradie when we were confronted with a possible gas leak. They came out the same day and thoroughly checked all the pipes under the house and found a crack in the old galvanized gas pipe which had corroded. We decided to replace it all with copper piping to avoid any future issues. The two young blokes that did all the work were great. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Twin Electrics & Plumbing recently replaced a split and failed gas hot water system for us. They responded quickly to the call out, diagnosed the problem, organised quotes for a new system within a couple of hours and had the new system installed within 24 hrs. Only had to have one cold shower. Now we have a new system and much more hot water than previously. This company has done several other plumbing and electrical jobs for us in the past year and the service has always been the same - superb. I live in Canberra and the house is in Melbourne.
