That Little Kindy is a private family owned and operated childcare centre in Toongabbie open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year. We are licensed for 22 children a day & provide long day care for children aged between 2-6 years old. That Little Kindy has been a 'home away from home' for our three children.
After trialling A number of other centres, we could not be happier to have found such a welcoming place for our children to learn, play and grow. The directors and staff are so approachable, friendly and responsive; and are always considerate. When looking for care for Oliver there were three main things I was looking for - caring teachers, good education program and a clean safe learning environment.

Services
Wendy and Katie are sisters who have worked alongside each other since 2005 and established That Little Kindy in 2010 with the aim of That Little Kindy being a home away from home. We are passionate about providing the children with the best opportunity to develop in a happy and safe environment where they are able to explore and learn through play.
We provide all children with nutritious meals including morning tea, lunch, dessert and afternoon tea. We have worked alongside NSW Health to create a 6-week rotating menu in which a range of nutritious meals are offered to all children and supports the Munch and Move program. We also cater for those children who have special or cultural dietary needs.
The best way to see if That Little Kindy is the right child care centre for your child and your family, is to come in and have a look for yourself. To do this you are able book a tour where we will guide you around the centre, introduce you to our educators and help you understand the day-to-day routines that your child will experience.
That Little Kindy's program is based on the National Quality Standards (NQS) and the National Framework: Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). This program encourages input not only from Educators but children, family and the community as well. Our philosophy is to provide experiences where the children can learn through play.

TLK is fantastic! They provide a nurturing, educational and supportive environment for the kids and my son is so happy there. He tells stories about his daily experiences and I see it when I walk through the door. The staff are great and provide a variety of individual and group experiences that engage the kids - from practical and hands on play and learning, to classroom and group based sessions that have my son teaching me a thing or 2 I never knew about the topics discussed! I highly recommend TLK to any parent looking for a centre in the Toongabbie area. You won't be disappointed.

My son has been at That Little Kindy (TLK) for nearly 3 years & it has been the easiest 3 years of our entire childcare experience.
Prior to TLK we couldn't find a centre that just fit. The relationships between families, educators & especially the kids is strong & communication is always open.
Fortunately, since joining TLK my son has not had any of the common childcare illnesses & they've understood & supported my sons extra medical needs with ease.
My boy can be quite reactive but TLK educators implemented strategies to assist us & adjusted their program to suit his needs. My sons approach
