Absolutely shocking behaviour from Jeffery White and all agency. As he was great first week, before payment was made he was so into my case.
When he got paid, since then do not communicate, his assistant cover him all the times, making up meetings or phone calls why he can not call or email back. Receptionist where I called and wanted to speak to someone to help me did not care at all. it's been more than month (5weeks) that I am calling and emailing and no one cares.
SEEMS LIKE This agency taking advantage of people who needs help, get money from them and that's all.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY

Absolutely nothing less than the best. That's the best way I can describe my experience with Jeff and the Embark Migration team. Jeff looked after my case for the last 3 years and assisted me every step of the way. Getting a visa is stressful enough so it was great to have Jeff there to answer all of my questions and never make me feel stupid for asking any of them. I would highly recommend Jeff to any couple looking to apply for an 820-801 PR visa.

This is a honest review ,Do not trust this buisness .
Jeff was very helpful when first contacted about my friends situation , he was very responsive & was prompt in setting up a meeting & taking full payment upfront , fair enough .
From there all down hill
Doesn’t Awnser calls
Doesn’t reply to emails
No updates whatsoever
he is never at his office & “always in meetings”
He lied about the lodgement process saying it’s been lodged & never was
Jeff , please show some care & take care of your buisness your clients pay you a lot of money for your service but don’t receive the service

If we had only called Embark Migration first when my partner and I needed the advice and guidance of a professional experienced committed and registered migration agent with such diverse knowledge of the ever-changing Australian Immigration system we would have saved a whole lot of time stress and money, but unfortunately we did not.
We first applied for a holiday visa which was denied then secondly we found an '' Education consultant' on Facebook who had guaranteed to obtain a study visa only to be denied again.
