I’ve been a tenant of Lois Jones Real Estate for a number of years, and have always found Lois and her team to be not just very professional, but also warm, and understanding. I’ve dealt with many property managers who have been less than pleasant to deal with. That has never been the case with Lois. Although my house is somebody else’s investment, Lois has always respected that it is also our home, and I deeply appreciate that. Repairs are always prompt, and enquiries are handled in a friendly and helpful manner. I’ve never had a property manager this approachable and pleasant to deal

What a distasteful lady Lois Jones is.We recently bought a house and she was the selling agent.Rude,argumentative,deceitful and all round horrible individual to deal with.Lois made it an extremely frustrating/difficult sale thus making the entire experience draining and exhausting rather than the excitement that should go with buying your first home.I cannot stress enough how horrible this woman is.I would not deal with her at all if you could avoid it and if you can’t then be warned that this “lady” is as false and disingenuous as her photo on her signs ! Stay well clear and if not be warned

Lois Jones undercut me on a right turn on busy ocean beach road. Right out side her office. She didnt want to wait in line like everyone else. When i called her (as she was in her branded car) she dropped the fake accent and told me she was more important and deserves to cut me off as i am obviously a unimportant person.

Seems like a top local agency but is the complete opposite. Lois is a rude and arrogant woman who thinks that she deserves the best. Her extremely outdated photo that she feels the need to put on all of her signage is just sad. She drives around in her like a lunatic, and I have also heard stories of her having to face court for not paying employees correctly. I promise you do not want this woman as your agent, stay clear.
