DONOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE AN INVESTOR!! No address or landline number and they lose managements and just not hand over files. It;'s been a week and still no paperwork off them besides a lease & ledger after 2 years. No compliance certificates for our client and they just pretend you don't exist. KYLE YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER INDUSTRY TO WORK IN AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF SO YOU GET PAID TO DO NOTHING. POOR CLIENTS.. 25 YEARS OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND THIS IS THE MOST POOR EXCUSE FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS EVER AND GIVE US GOOD ONES A BAD NAME. 2 YEARS MANAGING A PROPERTY AND YOU HAVE NO PAPERWORK

I have been with K&C for a number of years now to manage my investment property and I have found them to be a good company to deal with.
