My wife and I own a property at 10 Banksia Street Bulwer Moreton Island on the Bulwer bypass. Having the only storage sheds on Moreton Island which can store our hybrid caravans while not in use. We've been visiting the island now for 40 years on holidays and decided we wanted a change of lifestyle and have moved to the island to live permanently.
This has to be a first for Mulgumpin ( Moreton Island ). We would like to thank the Quandamooka people who are the traditional owners of this island and also the QPWS for letting us be the first to offer eco caravans in luxury for Moreton Island accommodation. The vans will be set up when you arrive, nothing to do but relax near the water and campfires are permitted.
Moreton Island Caravan accommodation operates in 2 camping zones. North West Camping Zone and Comboyuro Point Camping Zone. Both of these zones are on the western side of Moreton island and all are waterfront positions. Some are right on the beach and others are slightly back with a track to the beach.
What happens if something is not working? Just let us know and we will try and fix it. Remember we are on an island and if something does go wrong it can take longer to get an expert over. What is your cancelation policy? Peak times we give you 2 months to notify us, after that you lose your booking payment.
Need refrigeration while camping? We offer 1 upright fridge freezers for hire at a weekly price of $50 per fridge. You can make your own ice in the freezer or keep your beers cold taking pressure off your own camp fridge. Being so close to all the camping sites on the western beach, we are very handy to access your fridge.
