Nice spot for a meal - lovely views over the Passage. Good parking. Kids OK - but not a place for them to really let loose. We've usually enjoyed it here. Good for groups.

I booked here last March 2021 for 2 bedrooms and our stay is really good.
Recently we book again and our experience is not good we booked for 2 nights.
Spare pillow was not been changed it smell like a man. I asked the receptionist for 2 new ones and explained to her why? She was very apologetic and even offer that she can change it. But i refused since she is busy dealing with customers.
My husband took the blanket and i started to sneeze and eyes are itchy my allergies flare up. I'm not sure because of the blanket or carpet.

Although it has location and views. That is where it stopped. The mattress was not good at all. Reception is only open 9-11am and 2-5pm. No one onsite out of these hours. So on arrival, I was told if we locked ourselves out it would be a $45 fee to get security to come let you in and up to 3 hours wait. No hairdryer in room so had to wait till reception opened to get that. It was a long weekend when we stayed and the rooms were not made up. Clean towels offered and that was it. Personally when we stay in a motel I expect the room to be made up each day. It is always part of the deal. Overall -

My sister and I booked a 9-night stay that we extended for an extra two nights. From booking the room through Linda and Heather to checking out on day 12, everything and everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with were fabulous. We have travelled overseas and stayed in many top class hotels and air BNBs but Bribie Waterways would be one of the best accommodation experiences we have had. The location, the views, the room, all of the staff (and the swimming pool) were brilliant. We will most definitely be coming back to this motel.

First i like to say is the views were great and the lady who greeted us was welcoming but the bathroom was very small and the shower you needed to be able to do the limbo to wash your hair as the shower head is very low.
Asked for milk and that was a major effort as they were low in stock , so one tiny milk for two days,no top up of toilet paper and the balcony had someone elses toe nail clippings that was left.
Pretty gross

I must say I found the staff amongst the friendliest I have ever come across and was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The Hotel was in a great position and well worth the view. The room was very dated and tiered and really needs updating. Whilst the bedding was clean and bed comfortable the cleaning of the room is a big issue and really needs improving. I therefore found the price of the room to high for the standard. If they updated the rooms I would happy stay again but not in its present state.
