Regency Court Motel has 6 queen rooms, 5 twin rooms and 1 family room all ground floor for easy access. The rooms are set in a courtyard around the pool and BBQ area. We are off the highway and therefore away from the traffic. We understand that pets are family too and in some cases much less trouble than some humans.
Off street parking is available for all rooms and there is plenty of parking for large vehicles, trucks etc on the block next door. All our motel rooms have top quality queen beds and we have upgraded our singles to king singles to ensure a comfortable sleep for all our guests. Our outdoor area has a free BBQ and comfortable outdoor settings where you can relax and enjoy a drink.
Cobram is the central service town for this beautiful Murray Valley region. Dairy farming and fruit growing are the predominant industries. There are no shortages for wineries, olive groves, orchards and historic properties in the area to visit. During the fruit season from October to March there are a variety of farm gate sales and fruit stands where you can sample and buy the best produce Victoria has to offer.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to cancel due to awaiting Covid test result.
I had to cancel booking and yes in normal circumstances I would have accepted having to pay.
They refused to cancel, will not be booking this place again. They were very blunt and not understanding at all simply saying Iām not uncertain terms basically bad luck.
What happened to customer service , if I ran my business so rudely I would have no customers.

Have stayed at plenty of motels and hotels. But this one takes 1st prize for cleanliness. Immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms cleaner than any 5 star restaurant I have stayed in. Great location walking distance to everything in town. Plenty of parking. Nice outdoor area and BBQ. Hosts/owners Mandy and Gary kind and assisted everyone staying with us with anything they needed.

Room was very clean and looked to have been recently renovated. We'll located near a supermarket and restaurants and fast food. Parking was a bit tight but the biggest letdown was the aircon unit which was new but was not a split system so was noisy. It was also hard to set the desired temperature. On 21 deg it was too cold and on 22 deg it was hot. Room had a microwave but no plates or cutlery.

We, (2 guys 2 rooms) stayed 1 night as I have before, I was even more impressed than the last time I stayed here, your hosts Mandy and Gary are perfect motel owners and operators. Extremely clean and quiet. Such a short walk to everything in town. Best food I've had in a long time in both nearest pubs (1 right next door) I believe the motel is getting an upgrade in the near future:-) enjoy your stay in Cobram Vic.
