My son Rory has been left out of pocket $1,400 because they booked an incorrect return date from Europe. When asked to rectify when we discovered their mistake they offered alternatives that either were beyond their visa expiry dates or involved them missing most of Oktoberfest. We have tried to negotiate meaningful compensation on a number of occassions but have been rebuffed. Would never use them again and will be forced to take them to VCAT to get a fair resolution. Beware of booking with them.
