The other reviews made on here must have been paid for... those 5 stars must be fake bc I've been in there twice and the travel agents looked like they were munching on sour lemons. I get that this is a tough time for travel agents at the moment but having a 'I'm too busy go away' attitude is not good customer service.

Amazing doesnt even begin to cover the experience I have just had.. I went to Antarctica by myself and Chelsea Cruise and Travel were fantastic. My first overseas trip went off without a hitch. Loved the service by the team especially Julie. This trip took me over a year to pay off and three jobs juggled. I cant thank the staff enough they were helpful with advice even though in the beginning we couldnt pronounce the name of the place I was going to. If anyone is going anywhere in the world then use Chelsea Cruise and Travel. Fabulous Staff, Loved the Service. Will be using this local travel agency
