When tori and I first viewed the property we instantly fell in love with it. Glenda walked us around and showed us all its features and got us started with the application. Unfortunately our broker we had dropped the ball and for a short moment we were almost devastated that we weren’t gonna get the home we desperately wanted. Glenda worked extremely hard to organize Brett from Astute to take over our brokerage and liaison with the home owners to have faith in us as she did. After a couple of short weeks everything was getting finalized, and we got to move into our first home
