The most efficient and supportive property managers I have ever had dealings with. Special thanks to Karren Medhurst, no problem was too hard, and extremely helpful throughout the whole tenancy, even when having issues with dodgy cleaners after vacating. Karren never made us feel like we were the problem or it was our fault! Tenants don't usually walk away with good things to say about their property managers, but Karren was second to none. Highly recommend.

As a real estate i think they are below average. The turn over of staff is appalling suggesting to me that they don't like their jobs. And when you are told to re mow a yard because the grass is patchy to get a bond back is truly pathetic. That would make it twice in a week. We live in the tropics, rain plus hot weather equals grass growing quickly. Get a grip north ward realty

Jeans infectious personality and enthusiasm was instrumental in selling our property during this very difficult Covid time. At one stage we considered removing the house from sale due to the poor response but Jean insisted we continue and sure enough within a few weeks the house was under contract and the sale went through. He kept us posted and updated as things progressed and we basically let him do his job. Thanks Jean to a job well done and I’m positive further work with come your way from us 👍

As a retired widow living at the other end of the country choosing someone to sell my property - without meeting them was fraught. Tarquinn's first two questions told me I had found the right person. How can I help you? What do you need from me? I knew it might take a while to sell - but we never calculated selling in the middle of a pandemic - but he managed it. He did an excellent job and kept me informed every step of the way. At no time did I feel left out of the process. And a shout out also to Melanie for staying on top of the paperwork
