I have never been more disappointed with service from a local business In Bundaberg. I ordered and paid for a simple cupboard 900mm x 750 mm with a center shelf and two doors. Here it is now six weeks later and after 2 returns the cupboard still remains faulty and they refuse to collect and fix it. I have returned it twice in my time so far but "they do not collect" I was told by the office, and I would have to bring it in again. I have now organised to have it fixed elsewhere at additional expense to myself. Not a happy customer and somewhere else will benefit next time.
