Marine grade 316 stainless steel and zinc-nickel alloy plating of all metal components prior to painting. Tow-pillar, security dummy-pillar, aluminium pillar cover and stainless steel handbrake included. 5-tonne certification involved a 2 million cycle dynamic test with vertical and horizontal rams on top of a 500 kg resting draw-bar weight.

Our trailer indicator light stopped working so we went to The Trailer Shop. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Even though they were busy, Graham the technician came out and tested then fixed the problem. We were back on the road within 20 mins.
Big shoutout to Jack (security) that got lots of pats and cuddles whilst we were there.

Broke down on my way up north on a Sunday prior to Xmas and first up Monday morning, I booked my boat trailer in for these guys to fix it and redo all my bearings completely. My boat trailer was completely serviced and re-done by 3pm without a booking, for which I very grateful for. Price was fair.
The job the lads did was first class and I will be referring these guys to all friends and network. They've got all the gear and its a big set up.

We were traveling back from the Sunshine Coast to Townsville after having Xmas/ New Year with our family. On our way back about 30 klms out of Gin Gin our caravan did a wheel bearing and hub and also burnt out the electric brakes. We were very lucky it did not catch fire. We were stranded on the side of the road. My wife being a small engines… mechanic knew exactly what we had done. After ringing around we were told to call the ppl at the trailer shop in Bunderberg. We called and they could not of been more helpful. They organized the parts we needed. I had to drive 3/4 hour while my wife

Thank you Errol and all the staff at The Trailer Shop Bundaberg. We have had another good 10 years out of our 37 yr old caravan thanks to the work they have done on it.
Parts have not always been available but they have never failed to come up with a solution.
10 yrs ago our van suspension had collapsed German Rubber Suspension at the time 27 yrs old. The van used to drag on the ground. The Trailer Shop strengthened the chassis, put in leaf spring suspension, stronger axles and bigger wheels making the van a much better towing combination with our 4WD. They also made a metal stand for the airconditioner

We had a wheel come off our van just north of Miriam vale, after ringing around we were told to ring these guys. They were great. We had a 2 1/2 hour drive to Bundaberg, they did the job for us straight away, took just over an hour. Very happy with the service from the guys. Can highly recommend them.

I can recommend the team at The Trailer Shop Bundaberg for all things related to towing. After being left in the lurch by another operator, Errol, Kerry and their team braced and repaired the chassis, lowered… my caravan back to a reasonable height by flipping the axle, repaired the brakes, checked the bearings and found the fault in the brake lights, organised the RWC plus fixed other numerous niggly problems, all at what I think was a very reasonable price. I highly recommend the trailer shop. We were having substantial trouble with our caravan suspension while on holidays. The guys found all the faults and fixed them to a high standard but what was really fantastic, was that they slotted us in and did the job in one day, knowing we were time poor and needed our van for further traveling and of course, sleeping.
