Bila Vista Holiday Apartments is the perfect destination for your Gold Coast break offering spacious comfortable holiday apartments located on the scenic southern end of the Gold Coast close to Coolangatta Airport (Gold Coast Airport). Conveniently located a five minute drive from the Gold Coast Airport, Southern Cross University and the John Flynn Hospital.
A bus stop is located 200 metres away with a regular service into Coolangatta or up to John Flynn Hospital to visit friends or family during their stay. We have secure allocated undercover parking (2.1mt maximum heigh & 1 car space per apartment) and Unlimited Free Wifi. Our various types of apartments cover three floors and there are no elevators in the building.

Services
For a longer stay or with small children we recommend our bigger 1Plus size apartments, with a queen bed, larger living area and separate rear lounge area. They come with a sofa bed suitable for two children up to twelve years. A couple of these apartments have a closed in second bedroom with two singles in place of the sofa bed suitable for adult guests.
Our lagoon style heated pool is the showpiece of our resort, conveniently located close to all of our apartments and includes a heated Spa and wading pool. A BBQ gazebo and outdoor entertainment area is located at the rear of the complex and is the perfect setting for a relaxing Bbq with friends and family.

Comfortable beach stay
This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location near the beach. It's 15 minute walk to the restaurants at Coolangatta and a 30 minute walk to Tweed Heads. Our one bedroom apartment had a super comfortable bed, compact bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (with small washing machine & dryer) and 2 lounge areas (one with with a flat screen TV). There was also a well maintained BBQ and pool area in the apartment complex and a secure underground car park. This is a good budget friendly option for a Gold Coast beach stay!

Reception is only open part of each day and closed all day Sunday so if there is a problem at check-in there is not much that you can do about it. The unit we had was dirty with grime that had accumulated over months.....not the few weeks the owner had told us. We had pre-paid for 2 nights but left after the first night because of all the things we found wrong. Bring your own dish detergent because you get charged for extra dish detergent and charged if you do not wash the dishes. You get charged if you do not bag your garbage and put it in the bins outside the parking lot. You only get 2 gb data

WeI have been staying at Bila Vista Holiday Apartments since it opened in 2001. A great place for a holiday. Heated pool and spa. Very quiet and close to Surf Life Saving Club and other places to obtain meals. Walking distance to Coolangatta. The Residential Manager is without doubt the best Manager that we have been fortunate to meet. Highly recommended.

Have now stayed at Bila Vista twice for two weeks at a time. Both times we have stayed in the same apartment. It had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Everything is always kept tidy and the pool area is the cleanest of all places we have stayed. Ashley is always friendly and helpful and the other residents were always nice to us. If you want somewhere were you can sleep and cook and don't need a waterview this is the perfect place for you. It is also good receiving a discount for return stays. It was always pretty quiet in the complex. Would definitely stay here again when on the
