Welcome to Truemans Golf Range, the only dedicated public Golf Practice Range on the Mornington Peninsula. Not a golfer, that's OK. It's great fun to grab a small bucket of balls for a hit and a giggle with a beer or wine in hand while we make your pizza. We serve traditional Italian style bellissimo pizzas from our wood fired oven located on our cafe terrace (you can watch us cook your pizza).
If Pizza with your balls is what you are after, we can help, but please always check with us (phone) as to whether the pizza oven will be operating when you will be visiting us. Drop in for a beer or wine, a bucket and one of our pizzas - better still, meet the partner/kids here for dinner to have a great night out.

Don't bother using this golf range - was rudely treated by staff member and definetely wont be coming back. If you're a beginner golfer, better off going to another range that doesn't snatch golf clubs out of your hands because you picked out the wrong club from the rack. Don't expect to be welcomed here.

Would have given 5 stars if the fella behind the counter wasn't so condescending. He told us to send the Ladies down to hold our spot, even though we had no females with us.. He told us how we should teach our kids to hit a golf ball, I guess assuming we're idiots. He told us what we should and shouldn't put on a pizza, I said it's each to their own isn't it? He told us not to use drivers, I said no worries and then told us to take them out of our bag and leave them in the car, obviously not trusting us. Bit of a flog but had a good day there otherwise. Pizza nice but overpriced by about $10.

You come down to Mornington Peninsula for the weekend and it’s raining all weekend in winter, it gives you something to do I guess.
It is a nice and cosy setup run by a friendly couple.
I’m giving this place 5 stars because I scored a free beer for hitting a ball into the barrel (i.e approx. 60m away from the carpet).
Don’t worry if you don’t have your own clubs with you because they do have clubs which you can borrow at no extra cost (they have lefty clubs too!).
Good selection of beer on tap which is a nice addition to hitting balls. Didn’t stick around to try the woodfired pizza

Absolute little gem find ❤❤❤...... Leanne was beautiful and very accommodating for our group ..... adults & teenage children ..... kids enjoyed a hit of golf while we soaked up the ambience with local wine & beer ..... and fed our bellies with woodfired pizza 👌👌👌

Thanks for a great feed was very nice and beer was great but have to say owners were quite rude and very obnoxious my partner was told off for feeding there dogs if u don’t want them feed don’t have them there and I was approached bye the male owner in a very rude way for using a driver thought I was at a driving rang. So a big thumbs down from us. Never go there again
