Flinders Golf Bowls Club was established in 1983 by a devoted number of golf club members who were seeking a new option in addition to golf. After some negotiation, land was secured on the site of the old St Andrews Guesthouse, a spectacular place overlooking Westernport.
All these years later, thanks to the untiring efforts of this small and determined group, we have a small and friendly club in a beautiful private setting, just awaiting discovery by a new era of bowlers.The Bowls Club clubhouse is surrounded by wonderful gardens and provides a well equipped kitchen, a licensed bar, a sundeck with shade umbrellas and an undercover barbecue, all well used through the summer months.

Members, Guests and Visitors are expected to wear smart casual golf attire both on the course and in the clubhouse. Etiquette is an integral part of the game, defining golf's core values. It describes the manner in which the game of golf should be played to ensure all players gain maximum enjoyment.
The Flinders Golf Club provides a wonderful experience combining a sense of tradition that comes with being over one hundred years old with top quality playing conditions and boasting modern facilities. Our Clubhouse is open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and is available for functions, meetings, seminars and conferences.
Our luxuriously appointed rooms feature floor to ceiling windows, king size beds (twin configuration available) with luxury linens and Aveda bathroom amenities. A morning newspaper, unlimited WiFi, ample parking and tea & coffee making facilities are all included in the price, along with a fully stocked mini bar of local produce to purchase from.

Great view. Front nine fairway is in reasonable shape, hole 3 to 5 are along the lookout road, many cars were parked in a drivable distance, need caution for the beginners.
back nine a lot better. Bunker are in good shape, Had good score there. Green fee and driving range fee is cheap. I enjoyed the game.

First time playing here (I'm not actually a golfer) for a 70th birthday boy and had a great time! Minor issue with golf carts which could have possibly been avoided if booked online or if we'd been able to get through to the proshop. The weather was relatively well behaved and the course is visually stunning and has a bit of everything for everyone. I would totally understand if there was a bit of slow play on the beach side holes because they were absolutely beautiful. The club house has magnificent views and very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!
