They got me in, but they charged a ridiculous amount for a lockout that took 2 mins and lied about the time it would take (they said 5 mins away, but 65 mins later they arrived - due to lying about where they are based - they have 5 listings of the same business in various parts of Sydney). Not super pleased with it and also didn't give me a quote, just took my card and charged it :( - Do your research and you can do a lot better than this.

Exorbitant pricing for an "out of hours" job at 8:30am. Didn't give a quote for the job before coming. Didn't mention that his call out fee was $250 (ridiculous!!!). Didn't even replace the lock (a broken lock repair, not just a "locked myself out" situation). Since then, have compared prices to other services, and they all can't believe how ripped off I was.
