Purchased a car transport trailer 9 Months ago that had multiple faults, including two major; 1st was rectified immediately, the next was to be resolved by taking the trailer to a local engineering co. due the COVID and the distance we would have to travel. The rate for repair was negotiated by the engineering co. and Luke and had still not been paid for five months. After numerous attempts to reach out to luke to get the invoice paid with "no luck." I purchased a Camper Trailer early September 2018, by October it had rusted causing stains on my brand new driveway. I have been advised it is a major issue and I should request a refund. The owner of the business says rusting is not covered under warranty and I should store it in my garage or go to Bunnings and purchase a tent and keep it out of the rain. This doesn't make any sense, it's not an indoor camper. It is not fit for the purpose in which I intended it to be at the time of purchase.

I purchased a 7 x 5 trailer with 900mm cage and cover yesterday. It is solidly built and everything I wanted. Their price is the best I could find.
The owner was very nice and easy to deal with, I went back today to have some more tie down points put on and they did it willingly.
