The OPUS team started in 2011 in Melbourne, quickly establishing itself as a key supplier of products for the Australian RV industry. We make awesome camper trailers and hybrid caravans, lots of them! We are happy with our OP Lite. A few minor things with the quality of finish (seals and rust proofing), but overall good value for money. The camper is very easy to setup and provides plenty of storage nooks. The OP Lite is perfect for the two of us, as it is smaller and easier to tow than the OP2/4.

The hold music tells you they will be with you shortly and they care about customer service, but once you drive away it is an absolute mission to get anyone to pick up the phone or return your call with post purchase service. Try the website online chat, and if you fail to respond to the overseas help desk person within 30 seconds, because you've got to respond to your child or look away from your phone, they terminate the chat and you have to start again.

Be careful don’t fall into the same trap I did. Paid for a product on 24/2/2020 I was promised I would get a motop tent and roof rack rails. Still to this day I have NOT received them. Was in contact for months trying to track them down was promised they were on a ship on the way and would have them in the next week or 2 multiple times. Failing this I requested for a refund of the cost price for the racks, I was promised a refund if there cost price. Still to this day 8 months later I haven’t received anything. Poor customer service and would never recommend the company.

Yes their campers are great, with a fast set up, tough, comfy and spacious but it’s the aftermarket support you receive from this “family” that sets them apart.
Any issues or queries you may have - even though I bought my OP4 camper 3 years ago - they are happy to look at and fix. Cant recommend enough. Tony

We have just ordered a Opus OP4 camper trailer and have been dealing with Mel. Mel was brilliant, providing exceptional customer service. Mel's product knowledge of the campers and her ability to answer all of my technical questions regarding the camper was awesome. My wife and I was also impressed with her experience in using the camper and explaining to us why the camper would provide us with years of great camping. We are looking forward to picking up the camper
