This agent is absolutely ridiculous for what they did with me.
I was a single mum with 3 kids living in a granny flat for 1 year and 4 months, I was a good tenant who pays the rent and every single invoice on time.
Before handling the key back, I got a cleaner which I paid $300 to clean everything in there and I have a vedio to proof that.
Then… they decided to take my whole bond which was $1200 !! They send me an invoice of $968 just for cleaning!!!!! Which was too much and its unbelievable for a granny flat!!!!
*They never provided me with any pictures or evedinces that I asked for!!!

Domanine plus real estate in my belief do not uphold the standards that they state underpin their business. They state that they want to offer the best rental property management service. Highest standards of service in sales, marketing and property management. However in my experience with their property management team all these values have been… lacking.
