Very bad experience, definetly not recommend anyone specially for first home buyers.
1. Communication: very poor, didn't let you know unless you ask them everytime.
2. Building time: took almost a year to complete.
3. Construction: not very good.
4. Appliances: you will get the luxury inclusion as per them but just the standard quality. So select each and every items before installation.
5. Poor service post completion: In my case i got the IOC in 4 months after handover. Its been 8 months of handover, but haven't got anyone to repair things except few wall paintings done. Someone came to

Had such an amazing experience dealing with Shriti Sinha . She has been extremely helpful in trying and securing the package for me . We built our first home with Metro Homes and Partners and the overall experience was great and got a nice house in the end. We had very little-to-no experience with the the construction process in the beginning and they helped us a lot to get everything right from the very starting point of selecting a land to the completion of the house. I found, through other means, that they did not even get a commission from the land which is great. The architect came up with the facade and floor plan beyond our expectations(i.e internal area was utilized properly to have large bedrooms and living areas compared
