In collaboration with our draftsman, we will take your concept and desired features, and turn them into a set plans that will feature floor plans, elevations, and a site plan. We offer a full estimate of any proposed works to establish overall project costs. Our estimating department will itemise each element of the construction from sub-contractor break down to each individual structural member where applicable.
Cladding and Timber are the choices we suggest when building a Pole or Split/Multi level home. We've listed the different types of cladding we tend to use and find most suitable. The differences are in thickness, textures/surfaces, flexibility, lengths & widths (horizontal planks vs vertical sheets) and all these attributes will need to be considered with the design of your special home.
We can give you the options of what will work best for your block of land and the outlook and view to make the most of. The materials used for external walls include cladding, timber, corrugated iron and usually any combination of these.

We bought our home built new from Ben and Jo of Maddison Construction on the 1st day of the 1st open house and have been in our home for over 4 years.
What a fantastic design and truly exceptional build quality and great finishing.
