Mark Wilson Design and Build constructs granny flats, new homes and extensions throughout South East Queensland. In Logan, granny flats can be rented out as a separate dwelling, earning over 12.5% return per year. We take care of every part of the building process, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Upon meeting Mark, you will get an opportunity to communicate your vision for your new renovation, extension or home, and get personal, tailored advice for your situation from a wealth of 30 years building experience. You will receive a quote outlining the scope of the work and how much the cost will roughly be.

I find it is very easy to deal with Mark Wilson. I have very high expectations to the granny flat and they work hard to achieve that. For anything I don’t understand, they are always willing to help. Nothing is perfect, but I do feel they are honest, professional and able to deliver what they have promised. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to start a construction project.
