Before signing the contract of sale we advise that you send it to us together with the vendor statement for review. This is to ensure that you are aware of vital information regarding the property and important conditions contained in the contract. This includes checking that all required disclosure documentation has been included as well as any requisite certificates and warranties that may be applicable to your purchase.

You may have already commissioned an estate agent to sell your property, or are in the final stages of doing so. It is at this stage that you should contact us about preparing the requisite documentation. The Contract of Sale and the Section 32 Vendor Statement are required for the sale. Depending on the type of property you are selling, contract prepartion can take from three to ten days.

I have used General Conveyancing to buy 2 homes, 2 investment properties and sell 2 properties.
