My partner and I had a custom made engagement ring made by Orion late 2020. Orion seemed to read my mind and designed this beauty. We wanted something slimline and modest to suit my active lifestyle and it’s exactly what we got. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend, will be going back to him for a custom wedding band in the near future.

Amazing experience all around. We had an engagement ring custom designed by Orion using old jewellery and new. Orion paid every bit of attention to our ideas and needs. He used his expertise in custom jewellery design to help point us in the right direction for the style and ring we designed. Had a great time picking out the gems we wanted and he sourced those from local suppliers. Follow up care for the ring is also way beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend! 11/10.

Orion took four pieces of vintage family jewellery, and made me new custom pieces that I treasure. From the first email, I felt confident in his design approach and he was patient and very helpful. We met Orion Joel at a wedding convention and knew immediately we had found the jeweller to do our wedding rings. I sent photos of my engagement ring and he designed a ring that perfectly matches and fits into… my engagement ring. My husband loved his ring so much he kept wearing it before the wedding! My partner and I approached Orion Joel after a disastrous appointment with another jeweler - a decision that totally saved our day! Orion is warm hearted, friendly and thoughtful. He offered us a good size of samples to choose from and catered for our needs with patience. We are so lucky to have our wedding rings made by Orion.

Orion was so accommodating to all our questions and arranging appointments. Even after Monica changed her wedding band ring design there was no issue and he created two beautiful and unique rings by recycling… the gold from Piet’s great grandparent’s wedding rings. We picked up my engagement ring yesterday, it's a truly stunning piece of work. Orion has been delightful to work with. We had an old piece of jewellery dropped to him by a friend (we live overseas) and he coordinated with us over email to get the design right, and liaised with us about every detail, including the risk of removing the stones from their original setting (he pulled it off perfectly). We have recommended Orion to several friends and will be seeking him out again for wedding bands when the time comes. Thanks Orion!

I sent Orion an email regarding a design of an engagement ring I had in mind. He was super quick with his response. After meeting with him showing him the design he was very helpful and personable. He kept me up to date with emails and pictures of where he was at with the ring. Most importantly my fiance loves the ring and cant stop looking at it. Orion remodeled several pieces for me, each with it's own unique charm. The workmanship is incredible and the detail and exact match to the brief was astounding, especially since it was all orchestrated over email.
