Absolutely thrilled with this business. Whilst driving in Laurel street my tyre went completely flat and I pulled over in car park just near Spanners ( I also had a pending appointment to get too đ©)
A great bloke by the name of Feral and his work colleague checked on Me as they saw/ heard Me pull in, Feral told Me to âgo to see Graham as He was fantasticâ I walked into the office and the lovely lady at the front was very helpful and although it was morning tea,She arranged for the guys to change the tyre to the spare which was also flat! so she called Tyrepower around the corner and organised

Great customer service and friendly staff. I am a female and know nothing about cars, in the past I have been overcharged when dealing with mechanics. I Called and explained my car was making a rattling noise, even though they were booked out, they told me to bring my car in and theyâd have a look that day. Did this and they took the car for a drive and knew exactly what the problem was within minutes. Fixed it then and there on the spot and did not overcharge me. I wonât be going anywhere else from now on. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome. Can not fault in any way my car runs a million bucks and Graham was so nice honest and friendly it's so hard to come across a trustworthy mechanic but spanners is number one. Wouldn't go anyway else.

I dropped my car off at the workshop this morning for a strange noise in my front end. I got a call from Charlotte before I even got home saying they had diagnosed the issue! The quote I received was FAR CHEAPER then I had expected and after giving the go ahead my car was ready to be picked up 1hr after drop off and itâs fixed! Matt even showed me the problem part that was causing the problem. 5 stars is not enough!!

I can only assume the negative reviews are from people in competition attempting to make it seem like they provide bad service. I know for a fact that is the complete opposite, my mother and her side of the family moved to Australia from Macedonia, with my grandparents speaking very little English and having not much understanding, it would have been very easy to have ripped them off, but they have always been treated with respect and fairness, given the best service with reasonable prices. We have never come across a mechanic that we trust so whole heartedly, I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever
