I took my car in for a roadworthy certificate, he told me straight away that the car won't pass from the external factors and don't waste you money by paying for a check until you fix this first. My understanding is that he could have easily charge the price for inspection and say the same thing. I like that and I am comfortable to deal with the people here.
The team is brilliant and I recommend these guys 😁

Great experience, and amazing transparency and honesty!
Been here to get a roadworthy for my car to sell it, and was treated with Avery friendly, provisional team of staff. Great lounge room and the entire servicing centres decor and cleanses is admirable and aesthetically pleasing . When came to the inspection, the car only had a fault with the wipers which needed to be replaced, and the staff members didn’t try to pick out a non existent issue for some extra cash, which a lot of other mechanics do. Highly recommended !!

My car had the ESP light on. They allegedly said I need to change a part of the transmission which costed thousands, but I never have any issues with transmission before the problem occured. And when I got back after their 'fix' the transmission became worst and would slip. I went to a German specialist, he said my car was severely tampered with and no care was given. And to make things worse, there were more other faults with the car that they failed to notify me when I sent for check up and repair. Only after getting a second opinion I was told I paid thousands to them for nothing. I find that

Initially spoke with Violeta regarding an issue with my Audi A4 which I couldn't identify, she was very respectful, well mannered and professional and had advised she had booked me in for a diagnostic check the following day. Izzy handled the repair of my car, he was able to identify the issue very quickly and called to notify me, again Izzy was very respectful, well mannered and professional. Overall was absolute pleasure dealing with this business, they know what they're doing and the prices are fare - all repairs also come with a complimentary car wash. Izzy and Mahir were great in getting my car sorted efficiently and were great at keeping my updated along the way. Car troubles can be stressful but their professionalism and communication were key. I'd highly recommend them. They even went out of their way to fix up little things like my fuel lid that I had trouble with sourcing free of charge! Shows that they appreciate European cars and understand how to provide great customer service.
