Tattwa Networks was originally created in 2014 to help provide computer repairs and support to people living around the Nillumbik region including Diamond Creek, Hurstbridge, Panton Hill, Kangaroo Ground, etc. Originally having worked at a computer shop in Diamond Creek we decided to move on to running a mobile based and remote support based computer repair service after the store was shut down.

Did you know we may be able to solve your problem straight over the internet with Remote Support?. Drop off your computer to get fixed and we will keep you updated by Phone/SMS on the progress. We are in Diamond Creek. Over time your computer will slow down and it can be anything from software to hardware that may cause these slowdowns.
Did you know we can fix a lot of MAC problems straight over the internet with Remote Support?. We are in Diamond Creek and also provide a pickup/deliver service as well as for Hurstbridge & Wattle Glen. If your battery isn't holding charge, not lasting long or showing signs of interfering with the function of the MacBook we can replace it.
Saving you having to dismantle your computer to bring to us or a computer store we can save you the hassle and repair your problems over the internet. We can also provide support & assistance in what you want to be able to do with your computer. Lots of problems are software related so we can get most of these sorted online using special software that allows us to access your computer like we are in front of it.
Most the time we can transfer your existing setup so its the same when you get your new hardware. So you don't have to go back to the beginning. All you need to do is tell us what you need the computer for and we will sort out the rest. If there is an manufacturer issue with your hardware in the first year we will send the part back and get it replaced for you.
