Are you sick and tired of yoyo dieting and weight cycling? Would you like to finally make peace with food and eating? Do you feel guilty after eating certain foods or become pre-occupied with food and eating? Welcome to Wellbeing is a well-established, group private practice adopting an evidenced-based Health at Every Size (HAES) approach and practising weight neutral health care.

We believe all people regardless of current weight status or body shape have the opportunity to pursue healthy behaviours in a warm, compassionate and supportive environment. Our team of Dietitians provide support to individuals who have weight concerns, food and eating concerns, eating disorders, medical conditions or are struggling with relationship with food, movement and their body.
Services
In your Initial Assessment (60min) your dietitian will enquire about your concerns for seeking dietetic treatment. Your dietitian will conduct a thorough assessment including weight history, medical conditions, eating behaviour and physical activity behaviour. Together with your dietitian, you will then discuss an appropriate treatment approach, duration of treatment including payment options.
Carlia is the Founder, Director and Principal Dietitian at Welcome to Wellbeing, a group private practice providing support for individuals with weight, eating, feeding and body image concerns. She enjoys working with females who are seeking a more intuitive and conscious relationship with their bodies and themselves.
Maddison's compassionate and caring nature creates a comfortable and friendly environment for her clients and their family members. She takes pride in simplifying nutrition and health information and empowering her clients to pursue a life of health and happiness, free of body image concerns, yo-yo dieting, fad diets and disordered eating patterns.
Maria is a compassionate dietitian working under the Non-Diet Approach to help individuals let go of diets and find freedom with food. Her areas of interest include working with those struggling with eating disorders, yo-yo dieting, body image concerns, and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).

Maria gained her passion for this work through personally experiencing the freedom, wellbeing and complete transformation that comes from moving away from preoccupation with dieting and weight.She works to empower clients to redirect their time and energy away from food and body obsession and towards what truly matters to them.
Kate is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who strives to reframe the way you think about food and your body. She supports individuals in pursuit of sustainable health behaviours and a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. You can expect to feel empowered as you move towards a place of body trust and food freedom.

Have been seeing Maria for almost a year now and couldn't recommend her enough. Always compassionate, caring and I learn something new at every appointment. These guys really know their stuff.

Not kids friendly and once you turned down the prepaid 6 sessions their attitude changed. Would not recommend.
